What do Bookkeepers do that is different to Accountants?

Bookkeepers are the financial record keepers for the business, organising, recording and managing day to day transactions and the associated documentation for tax compliance. We generally complete Bank Reconciliations, manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Process Payroll and provide timely financial reporting.

Which accounting software do you use?

Xero is our preferred software for accounting. We also have MYOB experienced Bookkeepers in our Team.

Do you need to come to my home or office?

No, we keep costs down by working remotely.  Our bookkeepers are located all across Australia and we are able to, with our online/cloud systems manage all your bookkeeping needs while working remotely.

How do you charge for your services?

Following a free discovery/scope meeting, and depending on the scale of work required, a weekly or monthly set-fee, or an hourly rate can be tailored specifically for your needs. Experience, qualifications, industry knowledge, software proficiency, and overhead costs are some of the elements taken into consideration when calculating charge out rates.
